9.00am Leo Parade Opening and Flag Raise by ADUN Komtar YB Wong and accompany by DG Hudson Hah. Region 1 Lions Clubs also participate on the parade.
Leo Perades also have few other NGO's participate as well.
New Century Lions Club of Penang Island fully support Leo Parade Project. Part of Committees RCC Lion Ong Lai Peng, Volunteer Photographer Lion William Hoe and Lion Done Hoe.
President Kelvin Lor also Participate the project as well.
